I checked in at 12 PM and the room was already ready. The hotel's interior environment is very good. There are many restaurants across the street, and public transportation is also convenient.

The staff were very friendly. There were also plenty of staff in the lobby during check-out, which was appropriate. I didn't get to try the breakfast. The backyard environment was like a garden, and it's close to Fisherman's Wharf.

Overall, a great stay! The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel has a swimming pool, a sauna, and a kids' activity area. Sands Macao is right next door, and transportation is super convenient – you can take the Sands shuttle to The Venetian, The Parisian, The Londoner, and the Border Gate. Plus, it's an easy walk to attractions like Wynn, Grand Lisboa, MGM, and the Ruins of St. Paul's.

Convenient location: ~25 minutes from airport by taxi; quiet area with a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores, but hotel itself has three own restaurants (Western, Chinese and Thai food) with affordable prices for big plates; polite and friendly staff everywhere - special thanks to breakfast crew; own bar has good selection of classic, modern cocktails and premium liquors and whiskey; clean and neat rooms with necessary things, but my opinion: hairdryer was a little old and it took me longer to dry my short hair.

One of the best hotel I’ve stayed here at Macau. Room is very clean with comfy bed and a nice resort view. We had an amazing stay. Excellent service from a room service staff named Violeta. Great food at CBV. I’ll definitely come back and stay again.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Sands Casino. You can easily take a shuttle to the Border Gate and other hotels. Within a 5-10 minute walk, you can reach the Grand Prix Museum, Macau Science Center, Fisherman's Wharf, and the Kun Iam Ecumenical Centre waterfront. The hotel also features a heated swimming pool and a hot tub.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. The facilities are relatively new, and the cleanliness is top-notch. The staff are enthusiastic and always willing to help. The breakfast is also very rich and diverse. I will definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

We have come to the Artyzen quite a few times now and it’s always such a wonderful time. The staff is super accomodating and kind. The rooms are generally clean and the breakfast is delicious! Thank you for always making our stay so pleasant!

The service was great, and the bedding was super comfortable. The hotel even included breakfast! Coming on a weekday, it was quite good value for money. There are also many old street food options nearby.

The service at this hotel is excellent, and the environment is lovely. They have their own resort area where kids can play, and there are also attractions nearby to visit. The hotel even offers a free shuttle bus service to places like The Londoner.

So incredibly satisfied! Traveling with a two-and-a-half-year-old was completely stress-free! The hotel room was spacious, and the complimentary extra bed was also large. They offered free stroller service, and the kids' play area was like a kindergarten – my child didn't want to leave! There's also a swimming pool and spa. The Ruins of St. Paul's and the Science Center are nearby. The hotel is right next to Sands, and it's convenient to get anywhere by shuttle bus, taxi, or public bus. The service was thoughtful and meticulous, and the hotel's restaurants were delicious too! I've already recommended it to my friends with kids!

The services provided were excellent. The location is very convenient with free shuttle service from the hotel and the nearby Sands Macau, you can go anywhere.

My husband and I have stayed at Artyzen for several times and we love the service, room and facilities very much. Staff of Front desk, Concierge, housekeeping and swimming pool always provide us with excellent services,especially Patrick Ong of Front Desk and Ariel of Concierge. We will definitely go staying there in near future.

An experience that exceeded expectations! This established hotel truly delivers star-level service. I loved the European-inspired decor. A special shout-out to Patrick at check-in – not only did he upgrade me for free, but he also gave me a 'lucky' room number. When checking out, a friendly young man at the door even helped me call a taxi. It was a very satisfying stay, and I'll definitely choose Artyzen again.
