From the moment I checked in, I experienced thoughtful and attentive service. A special shout-out to Val for the warm welcome; they helped me with my luggage to the room and gave a detailed introduction to all the room's amenities. The room itself was clean and tidy. It was a truly memorable stay.

It was a disappointing experience with the okura macau. We requested for the king bed non smoking room which we were informed all full thus asked if we can have twin beds.  However we were later given the king bed non smoking room which still had bad smoking scent in the room. If the room really was a non smoking room- pls fix ventilation it leaks smoke into the room and it is hard to cope.  If it was a somking room - we were given a wrong room
