澳門不大，但五臟俱全，這個酒店大樓不大，但房間夠大，比香港那要大很多。***地方，這種入住環境還是比較豪氣的。隔壁都是**。樓下還有洗浴，但價格較高。房間裝飾顏色很跳。住在頂層比較安靜。

B座房間地中海風格，整體乾淨整潔，打掃員可以幫換床單，前台服務很熱情，還細心提醒可以免費要瓶裝水，每天住宿遊客很多，酒店去大三巴走路一公里多。唯一不夠好的是早上發往關閘是財神車是10：10分，有點晚了，若要看早班車回程，衹能公交車和計程車。

看着評價與星級選擇的這家酒店，太令人失望啦！第一次遇到酒店提供的牙具是上個客人使用過的（3套牙具，有兩套都被使用過，一個牙刷上面有牙膏，並且都幹了；另一個牙刷也被打開，牙膏被使用過，並且還有兩個紅色的牙膏蓋兒），洗髮水等也是上個客人用剩的！幸虧孩子發現，不然想想都覺得噁心！跟酒店反饋後，酒店衹安排了年長的長者來給換了新的、説了句“不好意思，可能忘記換了”就算完事了！這家酒店一晚的房費是1720元人民幣，就提供這樣的服務太讓人失望！最讓人百思不得其解的是一般客人用完牙刷一般都擺在外面，為什麼會放回盒裡並擺放整齊？究竟是不小心還是惡意就不得而知了！差評！

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room and bathroom were both very clean and well-maintained. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. It’s also very practical to reach the hotel with any of the shuttle buses available.

Luckily they allow us to change to the renovated rooms. Super nice newly built specially the washroom. But the breakfast buffet not so good.

Hotel kindly upgraded us so that the group of us can be on the same level. We got a newly renovated room, very spacious and beds are comfortable. All toiletries provided.
The old town is just a 10mins walk away, and along the way you will pass by the famous Margaret de Nata egg tart cafe.
Tip: Hotel is nearby Lisboa Macau, so you can take the Lisboa free shuttle and walk over.

The hotel is near Grand Lisboa and Hotel Lisboa, so we can take a free shuttle bus from the Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal. Room is big and clean. We need to deposit $300 during check-in, and they will refund you upon check-out.
