The location was excellent, in the centre of the city where you have easy access to transportation and local restaurants. The only down side is that the decor is dated and needs rennovation.

Terrible experience! The worse hotel I’ve ever been! My room was smelling pee then I asked to change the room, they said no other room was available but didn’t make any effort to help us to feel more comfortable or at least to make it worth our stay… Stuff not helpful at all! Never coming back

Location is fine as it has alot of meal options around, supermarket is just a few steps away, bus station is on the corner, just that the smell of the overall hotel felt weird, rooms are mostly moisted but still acceptable

I had a great time staying at Holiday Inn Macau. Great Location, not too far from bus shuttle services and Ferry Terminal. I got offered a room upgrade to the executive room on a higher floor. Great amenities and staff! Highly recommend.
