We really enjoyed our stay at Pensao Carmen. The room was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. It is conveniently located near tourist spots and many restaurants. We highly recommend this hotel, and the room rates provide good value for money.

Clean room and nice staff. The check-in procedure was easy and they provide free water for all guests, which is nice. The hotel is in a pretty good area, close to tourist spots, but also on a quiet street. So I was able to sleep very good. Toilet is clean, doesn’t smell, and the water has pressure and is very hot. This hotel also provide power adaptor for EU and others.

Very clean. Value for money. Spacious room. Friendly and accommodating staffs. Very good location. Walking distance to bus stops, resto and tourist spots. Note: there’s no elevator and it’s located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the bldg. it’s our 2nd time in this hotel and will surely come back again. 🙂

Only 1 towel, 1 pillow and 1 hygiene kit provided for 2 guests The old woman staff doesn't know how to speak English, very rude, even we use translator she still cannot understand. The old woman staff was mad and let us leave the room in a rude way after check out. No bidet

It took us and some people helped me to find the location for 2 hours, we stopped by the address from the Google maps told still can't find it, finally asked the local lady and she help me to call the hotel then she take us there, and that is the place we stop by couple times, the sigh didn't say PENSẢO CARMEN , it written in Chinese, I have a picture of the sign here. When we look at the front,we never think that is the hotel at all.

Great location, very clean, staff as helpful as they can be without speaking any English. It's a little hard to find, but Macau is labyrinthine by any standard and once you know the five-minute route to Senado Square you're all good. I'm staying there again starting tomorrow, which I guess is really all I have to say about the place.
