We arrived the airport and were stranded for the night. This hotel was amazingly affordable with major hospitality. It is located just the opposite Macao Airport. Totally worth the stay. Staffs were helpful and brought along our heavy luggages all the way up ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Right across from Macau Airport, you literally just walk out and you're at the terminal. Getting to the light rail from the hotel is super convenient too. The room itself is well-equipped, and everything was clean and tidy. The service was warm and attentive.

Room not so clean and feels old, room and corridor have the musty smell while corridor sometimes have the smoky smell too, recommend to put air purifier. Most importantly , I got itchy red rashes after sitting on sofa. Hope it able to clean it well.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. First, the cons: the soundproofing in the room was very poor, and what was truly unacceptable was the strong, musty smell throughout the room. It felt stuffy after a while. All the windows were sealed shut, so there was no way to air out the room, and the odor lingered. I'm quite sensitive to smells, so I was tormented by it all night and had to just tough it out, wrapped in a blanket. The bathroom design was also very impractical; you could only shower in the bathtub, which was both cumbersome and inconvenient. The overall decor was old and outdated, feeling ancient everywhere, and the facilities were also quite old. For nearly 800 yuan a night, at this standard, it's really not worth it at all. The experience was terrible. I won't be coming back, and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Everyone, beware! The room had a strong mildew smell. If you're looking for a budget motel experience from 20 years ago, you can come here and pay 1000 for it. How a place with this setup can be ranked in the top ten on Trip.com, and even claim to be five-star, completely disregards customer experience. This is my first time leaving a bad review, and I'm uninstalling the app immediately. And about this 'sea view room,' it just had a 30-inch old-school TV.

The hotel is actually quite good, and the service attitude is nice! The decor is a bit dated, but you can tell it was quite stylish back in its day! Overall, I'm satisfied. It's really close to the airport and the price is affordable!

The room was quite old and had a strong carpet smell. The amenities were complete but dated. At night, cigarette smoke wafted into the room, likely from someone smoking on the fire escape. The pillows were too soft, and the lighting was dim, making it difficult to see at night. The advantage is its location near the airport, making travel convenient, and easy access to various bus services into the city.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It's right across from the airport, which has its own shuttle service, and the monorail station is next door, making it super easy to get around and explore. We had a sea-view room, and it felt much less crowded and busy compared to the casino areas. If you do want to go to the casinos, the hotel staff are very helpful. Overall, it's excellent value for money!

Near the casino. We followed the navigation, which led us up a very long, steep hill. Later, we realized it's actually quite similar to Chongqing, where you can take an elevator directly up from below. It's an older hotel, but the value for money is excellent.

4-Star Hotel That Refused a Simple Pillow Request I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience did not live up to the expectations of a 4-star property. On the positive side, the location is very convenient—just across the road from the airport, which is perfect for travelers. The dinner at the hotel was also delicious and definitely worth trying. However, the negatives significantly outweighed the positives. The moment you step out of the elevator, you are greeted by a strong musty smell coming from the carpet along the corridor. Unfortunately, it doesn’t stop there—the smell inside the room was even worse. I have never stayed in a hotel with such an intense musty odor. After my stay, I checked reviews and noticed that many other guests had complained about the same issue. I booked two rooms for four people and requested two extra pillows per room. Surprisingly, the hotel refused and only provided one additional pillow per room. What made it worse was the staff’s tone, which came across as unfriendly and unwilling to help. Another major disappointment was the lack of proper service coordination. In 2026, a 4-star hotel should offer a one-stop service where guests can dial a single number for assistance. Instead, when I called the operator by pressing “0” for help, I was told to contact housekeeping directly by dialing another number. Rather than assisting and coordinating internally, the responsibility was pushed back to the guest, which is not acceptable at this level. Overall, while the location and food are good, the poor room condition, unpleasant smell, and disappointing service made this stay frustrating. I would not choose to stay here again.

This hotel is conveniently located directly across from Macau Airport, making it ideal for travelers with connecting flights the next day. The room was clean and spacious, though the duvet felt a bit damp. There are free shuttle buses right outside the hotel that go to The Venetian, The Londoner, and The Parisian, which is really convenient. The night views are also beautiful, perfect for taking photos.

The room was clean, hygienic, quiet, and cozy – a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. It's absolutely perfect for anyone with a layover who doesn't want to just sit around the terminal.
