Every staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly! There's a self-service water dispenser in the hallway, so it's very convenient to refill your bottle as much as you like. The Macau Peninsula is quite small, so it never takes too long to walk anywhere. I had a good experience staying here for one night.

I've stayed here before and it was okay, but this time it was absolutely terrible. I requested a high floor, and they gave me a top-floor room when I checked in. I was happy at first, but I found out why in the middle of the night. Besides the AC noise, there was a distinct, low-frequency humming sound, like living inside an airplane! This low-frequency noise wasn't present when I stayed on other floors before. I suspect it comes from the vibrations of large equipment on the roof. I'm sure the front desk knows about this, yet they still assigned this significantly flawed room to a Ctrip user. Furthermore, there was a persistent, cheap perfume smell in the room. Even with the door open for a long time, it wouldn't dissipate. I guess a previous guest spilled their cosmetics on the carpet, and it couldn't be thoroughly cleaned. It was really nauseating. They used to provide bottled water, but now they've even cut that. I wouldn't dare drink the tap water, so I had to go to a nearby supermarket to buy water. It was such a hassle.

The room was very clean, and the hotel was easy to find, with many bus routes stopping nearby. Plus, there's a restaurant downstairs, which is super convenient for business trips! Highly recommend.

The hotel is conveniently located near the old town center, with several supermarkets nearby. The staff were excellent, and I was able to check in early. Although the room was a bit small, it was well-equipped, and the breakfast was quite good. I recommend staying here.

The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly fine for a weekend getaway. Breakfast had a good selection, and you could order mains by scanning a QR code. There's a bus stop right by the old town, which is convenient. The price was reasonable, but even with the AC blasting, the room was still very damp.

The hotel is conveniently located, about a 10-minute walk from the station. The cleanliness is acceptable. However, I was surprised to find a significant price drop on Trip.com after booking. I contacted customer service and they issued a refund, but it went into my Trip.com wallet instead of the original payment method, which I found strange. What's even more ridiculous is that I booked a 'superior queen room' but ended up with a 'corridor room' (a room in a narrow, hallway-like space). I checked in late and didn't pay much attention at first. But the bathroom sink was tiny, so I asked to switch rooms the next day. The front desk initially said all superior queen rooms were the same. I pointed out that many photos on the platform showed different layouts, and only then did they agree to move me. I would have been fine with a standard 1.25m or 1.35m room, but I specifically booked the largest 1.5m room, and I was worried my child would knock over the toothbrush holder. The more I think about it, the angrier I get – not only was it a 'corridor room,' but the room type wasn't even what I booked. Below are comparison photos of the bathrooms; the room sizes and layouts are completely different. Avoid this place!
