The environment here is excellent, super value for money, and the staff are incredibly friendly. They even proactively helped us carry our luggage upstairs when they saw we had a lot. Free luggage storage is available, and all the staff are very accommodating, basically fulfilling every request. The environment is clean, tidy, and feels very upscale. Overall, I'm very satisfied! You can even see the sea from the small patio! Very satisfied!

Not bad, not bad! The environment is pretty good! It's very close to Fisherman's Wharf, perfect for taking photos at night. If you're coming to the hotel, you can take the shuttle to Sands Macao and walk for about 5 minutes to get here.

The room facilities were quite good, but the location was just average. The hotel upgraded me to an executive sea-view room, however, the staff's service attitude was very poor. I probably won't choose this hotel again next time.

The location is a bit out of the way, but it's close to Fisherman's Wharf, which is worth checking out. The front desk staff were very helpful in finding us a twin room, thumbs up!

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the service was attentive and thoughtful, and the environment was quiet and cozy. I was really satisfied with this stay! The whole process, from booking to checking out, was very smooth. The room was clean and tidy, warmly decorated and comfortable, and the bedding was soft, so I slept very well. The facilities were complete, the Wi-Fi was fast, and there was plenty of hot water.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time, with the only issue being the lack of markings for the hot and cold water in the bathroom. My relatives and friends didn't know which taps were for hot and cold water. It was especially difficult for the elderly to adjust the water temperature for showering, so they ended up showering with cold water. It would be best if each bathroom clearly marked which way to turn for hot and cold water. I hope this can be improved next time. Everything else was excellent!

Excellent value for money! The room was lovely, and the hotel even gave me a small cake for my birthday. All the staff provided exceptional service. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Macau.

I would still choose this hotel when I visit Macau again. The location is convenient, and transportation is excellent 👍. The room hygiene is very good! However, there were too many people during the summer holiday, which made the service a bit lacking. Although it didn't greatly affect my stay, I was still a little disappointed. I hope it will be as good as before on my next visit ❤️.

The hotel staff were so welcoming and even gave me a free upgrade to a sea view room for a day, which was a very nice touch.
