The Londoner Hotel

An amazing experience! My friend, whose birthday it was, stayed there, and they even had a butler service and birthday decorations. The staff came to sing happy birthday – she said it was her best experience ever, and she visits Macau every year.

Extremely satisfied with this trip! The bedding, bathroom, and room amenities completely surpassed those at The Venetian where I stayed the night before. Our butler, Colin, was also fantastic and provided excellent service. And of course, the great breakfast, afternoon tea, and cocktails were a huge plus. All in all, I was very pleased. At the end, we arranged for the hotel's taxi service to the airport, which was a perfect 100%. Highly recommended!

I was very satisfied with both the room and the butler service. During my stay, I also enjoyed a delightful afternoon tea with very fresh ingredients; I particularly loved the marinated seafood. For getting around, you can also book the hotel's complimentary taxi service.

An amazing hotel experience! We stayed for one day, and the kids didn't want to leave the hotel for a second. Everything from the facilities, food, entertainment, to the service was top-notch. It felt much better than The Venetian, and is definitely worth experiencing! Special mention to Ms. Krystal for her professional and meticulous service, which was incredibly refreshing. She contacted me early to understand our needs and specially arranged a free extra bed for our family with children. We will definitely choose The Londoner again if we have the chance.

Traveling to Macau with my family of three, I booked a Windsor Suite at The Londoner, with an extra bed. I chose this hotel primarily for its excellent location, relatively new building, comprehensive facilities with cultural characteristics, and the fact that the room rate included exclusive club access with Western and Chinese breakfast, English afternoon tea, and a cocktail package – greatly enriching and convenienting our vacation. The Windsor Suite at The Londoner was incredibly quiet. During our stay, I barely heard any hallway noise or doors opening and closing. The interior design was understated luxury yet elegant, creating a sense of peace. Upon entering, the mini-bar was well-stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks. The living room was spacious, and like the bedroom and bathroom, it featured large-screen TVs. The room also had an air purifier and an electric massage chair, along with a king-size bed. The bathroom was equipped with a jetted tub, and it was bright and roomy, with marble countertops and walls adding to the luxurious feel. The suite had a separate walk-in closet and two restrooms, more than sufficient for a family vacation. All dining took place in the various restaurants within the exclusive club, The Huating, on the third floor. Breakfast was served for six hours until 1 PM, which was very convenient. The breakfast selection was extensive; in addition to self-service items, guests could also order various high-end ingredients and specialty dim sum, offering an excellent culinary experience. What truly stood out was the hotel's service culture. The butler-style service began even before check-in. Upon entering the hotel, the check-in process was essentially completed without waiting. Our request for a low-floor, non-smoking room was accommodated after a short wait, and our luggage was already placed in the walk-in closet. The restaurant service was also delightful and attentive. Although the team was predominantly young, their way of greeting guests, communicating, identifying guest needs, and responding promptly was of a very high standard, truly reflecting the caliber expected of a grand hotel. As a small suggestion for improvement, if there's anything I hope the hotel could enhance, it would be to consider a wider variety of toiletries brands. Also, the hot water supply efficiency could be improved. Continuously refining these details would bring it closer to perfection.

The hotel's butler service was excellent and very responsive to our needs. The daily turndown service included delicious snacks. The dining at Huating was impressive, especially the breakfast with its outstanding signature dishes and buffet. While the afternoon tea offered a good variety of pastries, the service was a bit lacking.

Absolutely wonderful! It was my birthday when I checked in, and the hotel gave me such a lovely surprise. I'd love to bring my father back next time to experience the beautiful atmosphere of The Londoner Macao. Restaurant manager Mike Qianduo and Bryan from the cocktail service, as well as all the other male and female staff, were incredibly enthusiastic and had such beautiful, healing smiles. Thumbs up to them! 👍

The service was excellent, and the restaurant arrangements were exquisite. Our room was comfortable and spacious. They even arranged a birthday surprise for our child in advance. Besides the surprise in the room, we were also given a unique apple-shaped birthday cake when dining at Huating. It was a lovely touch.
