Grand Lisboa Palace Macau

Overall, it was excellent. The facilities, accommodation environment, and butler service all made this hotel feel fantastic! It makes you want to come back next time. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Macau. My only regret is that I arrived a bit late this time, so I couldn't switch from two single beds to a double bed.

The soundproofing in the room is really bad; you can hear conversations in the hallway crystal clear from inside! The garden view outside the window offers different scenery day and night, which is delightful. I highly recommend taking a stroll in the garden!

Traveling after the summer holiday clearly meant fewer crowds. Our stay at Grand Lisboa Palace was quite pleasant this time. We got a free upgrade to a garden view room and even received a complimentary cake. All the drinks in the mini-bar were free. The view outside the window was lovely. Room noise was quite noticeable in the afternoon but disappeared by evening. The most convenient perk was that guests had priority for the shuttle bus to other destinations.

This was my first stay at Grand Lisboa Palace Macau. I've been to Macau many times and stayed at various hotels. Grand Lisboa Palace Macau is relatively new, and I hadn't tried it before because I thought the transportation might be inconvenient. This time I chose it, and the experience was excellent. They offer **shuttle services**, making it very convenient to get to the ferry terminal or airport when checking out, so there were no transportation worries. I booked this stay on Trip.com, and it included breakfast, which was perfect.

End of summer vacation, two families with a total of six people. We always choose The Londoner whenever we go to Macau, but this time we couldn't book a room there, so we reluctantly chose Grand Lisboa Palace. It turned out to be exactly as the negative online reviews said. First bad point: We only got our room after 4 PM, and there was nowhere to rest in the lobby. Second bad point: The lobby fragrance was too strong, triggering my nasal allergies. Third bad point: My friends were staying on the 15th floor, but the hotel refused to grant us access to that floor. Fourth bad point: The room was dirty, the comforter was unclean, there were items left by the previous guest in the bathroom, and the floor was sticky, making it feel like my feet were getting stuck when walking. Fifth bad point: The soundproofing was absolutely terrible. I could clearly hear people talking outside the door, and there were strange 'thumping' noises in the room in the middle of the night, just as mentioned online. Sixth bad point: The buffet breakfast didn't have anything I wanted to eat, and the dining environment wasn't good. They charged half price for children, which most hotels I've stayed at usually offer for free. Seventh bad point: The black wardrobe looked like a coffin, even the children said so. It was full of creepy elements, and the decor was ugly; I certainly couldn't appreciate it. In summary: Among all the luxury hotels I've stayed in, this was the worst. It can't compare to The Londoner Macao, nor can it compare to luxury hotels in mainland China. I will definitely not come back, ever.

Very clean, but the lobby's perfume scent was a bit too strong. The guest rooms were much better. Everything else was impeccable. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Thank you for the service!

The room was spacious and the free mini-bar was a nice touch! 👍🏻 However, the location is a bit out of the way, but thankfully there's a shuttle bus. Overall, it's pretty good and I'd consider staying here again.

I've booked multiple times. Great value for money, and the pool is fantastic. It's super convenient for dining, entertainment, and activities. Remember to join the membership for discounts at restaurants and on the trampolines. Highly recommended for a fun and energetic experience!
