The room was very comfortable, and it even had a universal adapter, so mainland guests don't need to bring one. There's no deposit required at this hotel, which makes check-in super fast. The chubby lady at the front desk was so cute, I really liked her! If I get a chance to visit Macau again, I'd definitely stay here.

The twin room was much more spacious than I expected; I could easily lay out both my 24-inch and 20-inch suitcases flat. The foreign staff at the front desk communicated very well, and there was always someone on duty even when I returned in the early hours. The bus stop right outside the alley was also super convenient.

The apartment is located near the attractions on Coloane Island, and it's become a bit of an attraction itself, with many people taking photos. The room is small but well-equipped. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, but you need to use a shower curtain when showering. The hot water pressure is great, making for a good shower. There's an elevator, but no bottled water or tissue paper. They also have their own restaurant. The female staff member was very friendly and spoke Chinese. I had forgotten to ask for hot lemonade, and she noticed I hadn't touched it, so she heated it up for me – I was very grateful! The windows are good at blocking outside noise, but the internal soundproofing within the apartment building is poor. You can clearly hear doors opening and closing at night, which affected my sleep.

Unique style, the owner has a rich cultural background, and I really love the original artworks.

The toilet drainage was terrible; after a five-minute shower, the water would cover my toes. The air conditioner also dripped water in the middle of the night! The soundproofing was very poor; I could clearly hear noises from outside until 2 or 3 AM, which severely affected my sleep.

The host was very welcoming. They even let us store our luggage after check-out and pick it up after closing hours, which was excellent.

If you're traveling solo to Macau and looking for an affordable yet decent room, this place could work. However, if you have higher expectations, you might want to book something a bit pricier. It's a bit far from the main attractions, but they offer a shuttle service if you have a VIP membership card. Though, how many people with VIP cards would actually choose to stay here?
