Grand Harbour Hotel

They saw we had a child and upgraded us to a family room for free, which was really great! Highly recommend!

The soundproofing in the room is terrible; you can hear everything from the rooms above, below, and next to you. It was so noisy at night that it was hard to sleep. Everything else was good though! The service was great, the air conditioning worked well, and the bed was very comfortable.

The view outside the window was great. I asked the front desk to unlock the window, and they opened it an inch, which immediately made the air feel fresh. The room was small but very clean. I was pleasantly surprised to find that toothbrushes and toothpaste were provided.

The hotel has been renovated, but some of the soft furnishings might not have been fully updated. We stayed in a four-bed room, which had a washing machine with a dryer – this is incredibly important when traveling with children. The front desk service was also very good, and the location is super convenient for getting around.

This is my second stay here. Last time I had a triple room, and this time a standard double. The prices are very reasonable, there are lots of small shops nearby, and it's not far from the Ruins of St. Paul's. I'll definitely be staying here again.

The room was great and quite spacious with a nice view. It's close to the Wan Chai area, and the place was clean. The surrounding facilities are comprehensive, and transportation is very convenient. I'll definitely come again.
