The location is superb! There's a super famous dessert store right beneath. The bus stops right in front of the hotel as well, with buses to go to the airport and ferry terminal, as well as the casinos. Highly recommended! A lot of good food nearby too. The rooms are not too shabby, quite modern. No smell of paint or whatsoever like the other reviews. I guess because how the hotel is more or less well-settled through the renovation phase earlier. Very accessible, good for single pax concert goers. That's why I booked it here! Will stay here again.

GGuest UserWe stayed during Easter long weekend. Did we expect it to be busy? Yes. Were there lots of people? Yes. We checked in early 2pm with the reception, and insisting a room would be ready within the next 2 hours (1 hour after the 3pm check-in time).
We did not receive a text informing us of our room number so we went back to reception to ask if our room was ready only to find out that we had to join the massively long line queue again to find out what our room number was. We did not receive our room until almost 5pm. The text informing us of our room number was only received at 8.11pm To top it off, if you wanted to eat breakfast at Le Buffet, join the queue at 9am.
In addition to this, I am not sure the toilet and other areas of our room were not cleaned properly. Just not the quality and service I was expecting for paying close to $600AUD per night. I am not sure we would stay here again.
GGuest UserOverall, it was a nice hotel, but I was a bit disappointed that my room wasn't ready when I arrived at 5 PM. I had to wait in the lobby for over 20 minutes while it was being prepared. On a positive note, the room setup was pleasant, and the room service was excellent. However, I did encounter another issue: the toilet was blocked, and I had to call a technician to fix it at 3 AM.
GGuest UserYou can forget about early checkin. Could only preregister strictly after 1230pm and had to come back for room key collection from 3pm onwards. The hotel requires 1000HKD for room deposit. We requested for twin beds but was informed there would be additional charges unlike other establishments who not only accommodated to our requests but they also did their best to make our stay memorable. Honestly we expected better service for the price paid. Wouldn’t consider staying here again when we could get better service elsewhere.
GGuest UserI stayed here for the first time with my mother and daughter to celebrate my mother’s birthday month. First I was greeted by a door man who was very friendly! The check in line was a bit long and chaotic but once I got my turn, I was impressed by Brandon, the receptionist, who was so efficient, effective and helpful. He also heard about me celebrating with my mother and he upgraded us to special room with massive balcony. I admit I was teary eyed with this kind gestures. The staff during the breakfast time was friendly and gave us the seat with nice view. Concierge staff on the phone was so helpful and we got help with wheelchair. Staff for cloack room were all so kind and my mother was so happy and she said it was the best hotel experience she had so far. Thank you W !
GGuest UserGreat stay at the Venetian. We stayed at the south suites where the elevator was very near the foodcourt when we had some meals at. However, our rooms were quite a distance from the elevator. The rooms are huge as is the toilet. If the toilet had a bidet spray it would be better. My parents love that there was two TVs in the room. Two sinks in the toilets were very convenient too. We took a taxi to the airport which was less than MOP80 and very near. (Would have taken the free bus but our flight timing did not match). Would stay again if we go Macau
GGuest UserThe location is far from the tourist attractions, but the hotel is attached with a mall and recreation area, so you can enjoy your time without meeting the crowd. A bus stop is nearby and also a shuttle service is provided by Grand lisboa palace resort, followed by 10 minutes walk from the get-off point to the hotel
AAdventurous Horse RiderThe room was as described. However, the check in wasn’t very smooth. We booked the room two days before going, and the hotel said they haven’t received the order from trip‘s partner party, so we waited for half an hour or more until the hotel confirmed with Trip.com. Fortunately the assistant in Trip was polite and helpful and agreed to make some reimbursement with trip coins.
MMoro WingsThis hotel is really out of my expectation, value for money, neat and clean, good service.... just the location is not convenience enough but it's not a big deal to me. I also like the Taichi exhibition there.
DDr.SrinivasI recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Macau with my family, occupying two rooms for three adults and one child, and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions and entertainment. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing ample comfort for all of us. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that our needs were met promptly. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a diverse selection to satisfy both adults and kids. The pool area was a highlight for my child, offering a fun and safe space to play. Overall, our stay at Holiday Inn Macau was enjoyable and relaxing, making it an excellent choice for families. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base while exploring Macau.
GGuest UserI arrived at 1300 hours, but the room was only available at 1500 hours. We requested a late check-out but were only allowed to stay until 1200 hours the next day. I even received a reminder phone call at 1155 hours, which seemed like they were urgently pushing me to leave
