Very friendly welcome, prompt check-in/check-out. Breakfast buffet was excellent, and the dinner was absolutely delicious, with generous portions. Rooms were clean and serviced daily with fresh toiletries. All in all, we were very satisfied and will book here again on our next stay in Maceió. Thank you so much!

The hotel is really great. The staff are attentive and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Pleasant room and comfortable bed. Very well located. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is well located: although the nearest beach isn't particularly suitable for swimming, it's easy to get a car to several tourist attractions in the area. The room is quite large (I booked a double) and clean, with air conditioning. Breakfast is very pleasant, with a good variety of food (including fruit, cakes, omelets, and a mixed grill). The restaurant's food is also reasonably priced for the area (I ate their filet parmigiana twice). The parking garage is a bit cramped, but since it's free, there's no complaint.

Spacious and welcoming environment. Excellent service. Very good breakfast. Parking is limited (you have to arrive early, otherwise you'll have to leave your car on the street). It was a great stay.

Whenever I can, I stay at Kaeté. It's a no-frills hotel, but it's extremely comfortable, the staff are attentive, and the breakfast is really good—perhaps one of the best hotels I've stayed at.

It's a very generic review. Where is the food? In which of the four items? However, I maintain my 5-star rating even for the food.

The hotel is good but needs to improve the housekeeping as the bed linen is old, torn, and yellowed, as are the towels.

Experiência excelente! O hotel tem ótima localização, facilitando muito a estadia. O café da manhã é simplesmente espetacular, com muita variedade e tudo muito saboroso. O quarto estava impecavelmente limpo, toalhas de ótima qualidade, cama extremamente confortável e ainda disponibilizam shampoo, o que faz toda diferença. Sem dúvidas, uma estadia muito agradável. Recomendo e voltaria com certeza!
