I recently stayed at NOI Puma Lodge in the Andes Mountains, and it was an unforgettable experience. One of the most breathtaking locations I’ve ever visited, Puma lodge is where luxury meets adventure. If you go for the views - you’ll stay for the people. The reception team—Isadora, Karla, and Cinthya—went above and beyond to make our arrival seamless and welcoming. Their warmth, efficiency, and genuine care set the perfect tone for our getaway. At the bar, Ricardo was a true gem. Always greeted with a smile and ✌️ in the evenings and mixing up drinks that perfectly complemented the cozy, luxurious vibe of the lodge. In the restaurant Evelyn and Emir were as hospitable as can be and made each delicious meal a delight. Last but not least, our adventure guide, Nico, was the highlight of our excursion. His enthusiasm for the Andes was infectious, and his knowledge of the terrain made our trekking and exploration both safe and exhilarating. He made the 4 hour hike a pleasure, we laughed, we learned, we sang Luke Combs we made a friend. We look forward to another adventure with him soon. Compliments to Victor on this award worthy team and hotel. Final word: Puma Lodge is a stunning blend of luxury and nature, with breathtaking views and top-notch amenities and best in business people. Rent a 4X4 and get to Noi Puma Lodge ASAP ️

Una atención extraordinaria de parte del staff, vistas que no te cansas de ver, desayuno muy bien preparado, muy buena calidad de la comida en general, el horario del hot tub es un poco restringido y sería muy bueno que tuviera piscina temperada

Fuimos desde Rancagua por un camino de tierra largo y malo con la idea de llegar a tomar te y el gerente nos atendió muy mal, muy poco criterioso, si bien no llamamos antes para decir q íbamos a tomar te, eso no justifica no poder ofrecer un café rico con algo para comer. No tenían nada, lo único que pudimos tomar fue un café asqueroso . Muy lamentable, un entorno maravilloso de cordillera, pero los jardines se ven descuidados , la piscina verde de suciedad, un hot tub de fibra de vidrio q se veía del living horrible, la verdad muy lejos de recomendar este lugar. Se ve un lugar a muy mal traer . Una pena .

Después de casi 2 horas de viaje desde Requínoa llegamos al hotel, camino pésimo pero lo buscamos. No es la primera vez que iba, me llamó la atención de lo descuidado , un hotel de la cadena Noi aunque sea invierno no puede tener una piscina con agua verde , el jardín descuidado, la verdad que muy decepcionante y mal gusto. Pedimos un café y algo para tomar té … nos dice amablemente la niña que estaba en el bar que no nos puede vender nada ya que sólo podían atender a las personas que estaban alojadas en el hotel, que por provisiones justas no podían atenderlos… al final nos vendieron 4 mocachinos aguados y sin gusto a nada… sería bueno que el hotel informaran en su página o por acá que solo atienden a personas alojadas ahí ! No volvería de nuevo jamás ! Qué falta de criterio de la persona a cargo no tener previsto que pueden llegar personas simplemente a almorzar o a tomar té Pésima experiencia

Lindo hotel, acogedor, amable todo el personal, gente joven, rica cama, ideal pongan aire acondicionado a las piezas, amenities variadas. Super Guia, obligación hacer trekking Mirador Las Orquídeas y cabalgata. Comida con una onda francesa, DELICIOSA, volveré sin dudarlo en invierno.
