The island is very beautiful, and the snorkeling environment is also very good. Turtles are easy to encounter in the snorkeling center. However, the replies to messages are not very timely. If you don’t understand English at all, it is quite difficult to communicate with the service staff. The island There are only two Chinese receptionists. Remember, they are receptionists. They are not Chinese housekeepers. There are no housekeepers on this island. They just go to the island to introduce you to the situation on the island and then ignore it. If you have any other questions, you need to download the app and communicate with them. The staff on the island are very enthusiastic. They will take the initiative to say hello when they see you. The food is just average, but there are not many food choices. I came here for the snorkeling environment, so I think it is pretty good.

The sea is really beautiful, no beauty or filter, super beautiful. The water house we stayed in was full of colorful fish. From the balcony, you could see various schools of fish swimming around, including baby sharks. There are two Chinese ladies in the hotel, and there are signs in Chinese everywhere, so even if you don't speak English, you can still communicate without any problems. There are three restaurants, a club, and two bars. I think they are all delicious. Maybe because I have a sweet tooth, the donuts, breads and desserts in the cafeteria are my favorite. There was a little brother in the Thai restaurant who was super funny and even joked with us. It felt very cordial. The ladies at the spa can also speak simple Chinese. The lady who gave me the spa treatment was very skillful and patient. The snorkeling was great, we saw sharks, dolphins when we went deeper, and a huge fish I don't know its name. The swimming pool in the club is very big, bigger than the one in the room, and the water is better than the big public swimming pool outside.

Our first time to the Maldives on a Honeymoon and we had such an amazing time at the resort! The corals were amazing, and as such we spent every single day in the water snorkelling - you can see loads of black tip, white tip shark, we also saw some turtles, reef manta rays (?) etc. beautiful clear waters, the buffet spread at reef restaurant was amazing every single meal. There’s also loads of activities to do in the resort and the staff were all so pleasant, top hospitality! Nothing to fault really. The Italian restaurant is very hard to book so I’d recommend to book in advance.

Disadvantages: The food feels very average, especially the main meal in the main restaurant is not delicious... Italian and Thai food are just okay. The service in the hotel is average. I can clearly feel that the hotel treats Europeans and Americans better than the Chinese. When I went out to sea at my own expense, I chatted with Chinese people on a boat. Everyone felt that the hotel treated Europeans and Americans better than the Chinese. Better rooms were given priority to Europeans and Americans. The rooms on the entire island feel relatively dense, with more than a hundred rooms on small and medium-sized islands. Advantages: Snorkeling is okay, there are corals all around the island, and I saw turtles, rays, and small sharks. The guy who cleans the room works very hard, and there are many staff cleaning the fallen leaves on the beach every morning.

We stayed here for eight nights. The overall feeling was that the service attitude of the room staff, buffet, and Thai restaurant was very good and made people feel comfortable. The front desk of the hotel and the Italian restaurant are very, very poor. We come to the Maldives often, and we have never seen such arrogant and impatient service in the Maldives. This time I came to eat Thai food in a hotel owned by Thais. I didn't expect that the food in the Thai restaurant was terrible. All the ingredients were overcooked and stale. The Italian restaurant is very delicious, but the environment is very hot. One night we met a group of French people who were said to be having a party. They made a lot of noise all night long. Later, the hotel treated us to a BBQ on the beach one night. This hotel has huge room for improvement!

I don't recommend this hotel. The service is really bad. It can be called no service. Especially for snorkeling, they actually treated Chinese guests in a preaching tone, saying that one person is not allowed to go snorkeling in the sea. He has already put on a life jacket and told him that he is good at swimming, but he was criticized. I think I am here for vacation, not to study or anything else. In short, it feels very bad. Going out to sea to see manta, there is no service, and the tone is very fierce. I have been to Banyan Tree before, which is completely different experience. I feel that Banyan Tree Madai is still good. I don't know if there are many Chinese tourists on this island, so I think they can treat it casually. There is a Chinese woman at the front desk on the island. It can't be said that she didn't respond to your needs, but she always has a cold face. In this hotel, you won't feel that you are in a five-star hotel, and you are not respected normally in a five-star hotel. The food is really average. After staying in this hotel, I don't want to come to Maldives again. To be honest, the snorkeling environment is okay. I saw a lot of fish in the family water house. I stayed in the sunset water house for four nights. The decoration style is what I like, but I will never come again.

The room is tidied twice a day, which is very good Since the water house we stayed in first was relatively basic compared to the sofa room, we had beautiful beaches and jelly sea right outside our door. It is still recommended to use sand first and then water, otherwise there will still be a bit of a gap when the water house is converted into a sand house.
