I thought the location was near the airport, but it's quite a distance away. For travelers arriving late at night, having to pay 35 euros for a 5-5 km taxi ride is a huge burden – the cost of getting there is more than the stay itself! However, the receptionist was very friendly, which made me feel good.

Soundproof, clean room with a comfortable bed, and amenities like soap and a hairdryer provided. The staff was kind. A bar was available. There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom upon arrival.

I strongly advise any Chinese travelers to avoid this hotel! The hotel is clearly understaffed. The black male employee at the front desk was extremely rude; I waited 40 minutes just to get my room card, and there wasn't even an apology. The next day, I tried to speak to the front desk about my check-in experience, only to find another older male employee who was even ruder. Frankly, for a group of professionals who travel frequently like us, the attitude was basically 'take it or leave it.' I will absolutely never choose this hotel again.

Considering room size bedding and facilities seems be too costly ,unfortunately my room was a connecting room sound from adjoining room was too much ,taxi to and from airport is bit costly 25 to 35 euros inspite distance is short about 6-7 km i reached 22:30 to hotel no one was in reception desk for about 10 minutes

Everything was satisfactory overall; however, parking was a notable issue. I believe the hotel should consider offering complimentary parking to its guests rather than charging €14 per day. While paid parking is fairly common in Brussels, providing free parking could give Ibis Hotel a competitive advantage and help attract more customers. I encourage the management to reconsider their current policy in light of this feedback. Thank you.
