I've stayed at this hotel several times now, always when my parents come to visit. This time, the room they assigned us was new, which I really liked. The environment here is great, and it's very close to the station. A consistently good experience!

The room is small but clean, and the facilities are quite complete. This is my second stay here. Considering the price, location, and room, it offers good value for money. There are also many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The lobby even has a coin-operated coffee machine, and it's been recently renovated since my last visit.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the station with no accessibility issues. While the facilities show some age, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. The front desk staff were polite and provided good service. However, the room rates felt somewhat high, likely influenced by seasonal demand and tourist traffic. Despite the pricing, Rembrandt Hotel Machida offers the comfort of generous room space and solid service for those who prioritize space and convenience over cutting-edge facilities.

The trip is enjoyable, but it requires some walking distance from the nearest station and it is a bit far from the centre of the city. It is recommended if the hotel provides coin laundry service. The receptionist provided great service and immediate response to my needs🙏.

Very good hotel near train stations. Bus station is right in front of the hotel and the bus from Mount Fuji also stops nearby. Clean and quiet room.

I would say Rembrandt hotel front office team is not very helpful, lack of knowledge, I forgot my airpod pro in hotel room, and management is not ready to sent me back by UPS even after I say I would bear all the costs.

Not far from the station, and there are so many restaurants nearby. There are more convenience stores than in Shanghai, and they're much bigger. It's integrated with the public library, and the room size is much larger than typical Japanese rooms. I stayed on the 12th floor, and there was even an ice machine right by the elevator, which was super convenient!

This hotel is centrally located in Machida, very close to the train station and various shops and restaurants. Although it's an older property, it's well-maintained and I had a comfortable stay.
