Business Inn Sunhotel Reviews

Whenever I'm working in the West Tokyo area, I stay here for the convenient access. The accommodation fees are also reasonable, so no complaints there. While I'm sure they'd bring more if I asked, there were only two hangers in the closet. Since I was staying for multiple days, I'd really appreciate at least four hangers. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Hygiene: Very clean. Service: The front desk staff spoke excellent English and were very friendly during check-in. Environment: The room was definitely old, with a musty smell, but it was very clean. Facilities: There were vending machines in the building, but the door lock was a key instead of a card, which was a bit inconvenient.

It's pretty much your typical business hotel. Given the good value for money, it's not fair to expect too much more.

Even though our check-in was much later than planned, we were so grateful for the warm welcome. We had a very relaxing stay. Thank you. As for amenities, it would be great if hand soap could be provided.

Hotel is near to Machida train station, nearby have a lot of shops very convenient to get anything required. Friendly hotel staffs

There is enough space. There are famous anime stores near the hotel. The reception desk tries its best to meet the requirements, and the staff can communicate in basic English. It is recommended.

The room is nice but there’s some garbage( a can of chi hi)hiding in the corner of my bed(the top part) The room not small at all and the bathroom is clean there’s pj for us and the shampoo smell nice Very good for business hotel. Outside and a 7/11 and a lot of restaurants and there is Karaoke everywhere!! Nice

This hotel had an exceptionally good room condition, truly standing out among others in Machida. From now on, it will be my go-to choice whenever I visit Machida.

I actually like this hotel. Convenient when traveling anywhere. Close to Trains station. There is one staff speak English well. They help me with anything I asked.
