Travelodge by Wyndham Madison Heights MI

THEY HAD BED BUGS and they are not clean at all please someone needs to take a visit they are absolutely terrible!!!!

Staff was really nice but the non smoking rooms still smell like smoke, the shower head was broken, there was rust in the bathroom, and the walls in the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. I also found a cockroach. 😖

I booked the hotel room in my name with this hotels com account and when I went to check in the hotel night clerk at the desk told me that I was on a can not check in list. I did not get to get a key or enter into a room that I had paid for in my name. I spent over 70 of the last 100 I had available to book this room and it was supposed to get refunded to my bank account but has not yet been deposited. Please let me know what list they are talking about? If specifically just a problem list at travel lodge Madison heights. Or am I not part of allowed guests at Baymont? I had a room there I never got an accurate message why I couldn't any longer stay there

Clean, nice staff and the room actually looked better than what I expected. Only thing I seen needed done was the toilet was coming loose from the floor.

The room was dirty, towels and other people's things. Disgusting! The bathtub is dirty too, The television remote control didn't work I wouldn't come back!

The staff was great.those young lady at the front desk was nice and kind.i really was happy to stay.

Room smaller than I would have imagined; nowhere to hang my clothes; bathroom had a bad oder the first day, but went away. The staff was not helpful in assisting me to find the hotel, but after an hour in the cold snowy weather, I found it.

Sink hole didn't work, shower/tap adjustor didn't work. Place is was dirty/smelly. Floor wasn't cleaned well.
