Wish the weather was nicer but excellent service and great place for a girls trip!

This was our second stay at the Madison. We loved this property and may return at some future date. Our experience with staff members were short of the standard set during our first visit. Check in was lengthy. The desk attendant was off eating dinner. The valet parking attendant filling in (unable or trained to help) called him back to the front desk. He hurriedly checked us in and issued 2 key cards; neither worked upon reaching our room. So we returned to the front desk. He was once again recalled from dinner a second time to rectify that key card issue. Also, we booked a dinner reservation the Sunday night preceding our departure Monday. Our appetizer and entrée arrived at virtually the same time. The waitress did apologize, but we wasted our appetizer so as to eat our entrée before it grew cold. A manager never surfaced to address regret for that happening. Lastly, we checked out at about 6 am Monday morning. The desk attendant said "you want your keys?" We learned valet service would begin at 7am. We paid for complete parking assistance. Superb property, but staff excellence was off the expected mark this time.

Excellent hotel, high quality in every way, beautiful setting, very quiet relaxing and peaceful Sunday night stay off-season.

It was better than I expected - everything was top notch, staff, food, room, and the view was beautiful would highly recommend.

The hotel was perfect for a one night getaway. Matthew at the front desk was wonderful, and so very helpful. The dinner was outstanding, as was the breakfast the next morning. The location on the beach was perfect, and even though it was April, we enjoyed a nice walk on the beach. Would definitely come back!

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff is gracious and very helpful, the property is spectacular and the rooms are unique. The consierge called ahead of our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. The food at the restaurant was very good. It’s a bit pricey, but well worth it. Attention to detail is a lost art, but not at this hotel! The valet service was especially good, helping with luggage and my husband’s wheelchair. We will surely return!

We toured the Spa but did not have an opportunity to take advantage of the services during our overnight stay. The staff was very helpful and the spa calm and inviting.

What a great find! Super cute hotel and quaint town. Staff was amazing and dinner was delicious. Everything was impeccably clean and it was so quiet and peaceful. Will definitely return.
