Really great location! Just on the Gran Via, where you have everything you want like shopping, food, etc. Not far away from el Prado museum and el Oso. Convenient for commute from airport, you take one bus to the city centre and then another one to the place or just walk a bit (not far away) if you want and it is not hot weather.

The room did not look much like the photos. The walls in the room were bare, had a lot of patchy paint work and filling they hadn't painted over. The room doors have windows in them so it's very loud in the corridors and you can be disturbed if someone turns on a light in the middle of the night. We also couldn't open/ close the window, and the window was fixed slightly open throughout our stay. It took 20 minutes for us to check in as there was a big group in front of us. I highly recommend checking in before you arrive to avoid waiting around. When we asked for an extra pillow/ towel, the staff were happy to accommodate, but this can only be completed in the mornings by the housekeeping staff, so the requet will take an extra night. The cleanliness of the shared spaces is questionable. Definitely more 'single room hostel' than 'shared apartments'. If you aren't bothered by rough round the edges, shared facilities and are happy to bring ear plugs and an eyemask to sleep, you should be good. However, the location is great if you want to explore central madrid, if not a little loud given you're right on Gran Via.

Great location, right on the high street. The environment is decent. The downsides are the shared bathroom and toilet, and they're quite small. Compared to other hotels in Madrid at the same price point and location, this one probably offers good value for money.

First off, there's nowhere to store your belongings, and they really don't care even if you ask. So, if you have a lot of luggage and need to leave it somewhere, you can't. Another thing, it's noisy all day long in the same spot, with workers making noise, passing by your room with their doors open, and using the same kitchen and everything. I don't recommend it. You can hear everything through the walls in the rooms, so if you're talking, everyone can hear. It's not a good place to rest. The only good thing is the location; the rooms are nothing special.

The hotel's location is superb, in the most convenient part of Madrid. Transportation is incredibly easy. Downstairs, you're right in the heart of the bustling area, and a 24-hour Carrefour supermarket is just a minute's walk away, which is incredibly convenient. They also have a 24-hour front desk. Although the bathrooms are shared, there are several on each floor, so it's not really an issue. The room itself is very spacious. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Great location in the city venture and everything is in walking distance. When I arrived system was down and I was given a room with windows facing other building. But afterwards reception contacted me and apologized and changed my room with windows facing Main Street and great view. Room was nice and bed was comfortable. The only downside was hearing sirens in the middle of the night.

Great hotel! Even though the bathroom and toilet are shared, they were spotless. There's a microwave in the common area, which was super convenient for heating up food from the supermarket. My friend and I were both very satisfied. The street view from the hotel balcony was also beautiful.
