Stayed in the hotel one night because of the transfer in airport of Madrid. Asked a quiet room for a good sleep. It was exactly what i needed! Quiet room, hot water, basic breakfast. 24/7 resection and snacks machines. The only one i would like to have in: free bottle of water. Comfortable transfer to the airport (6€) Thank you for the hospitality!

Strongly not recommended — one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The bathroom is unbelievably small, barely enough space to move, and the sink is just as tiny. There is no electric kettle and no hair dryer in the room. I asked the front desk, and they simply said they don’t provide one. Check-in took almost 30 minutes, with extremely slow service and zero sense of hospitality. The most ridiculous part: I asked the front desk, “If there’s no hair dryer, what am I supposed to do after washing my hair?” Their answer was: “Use a towel to dry it.” It was 3°C outside, and I have long hair. Being told to dry my hair with a towel in this weather is honestly unbelievable. I can’t believe that in 2026, there are still hotels that don’t provide a hair dryer. On top of that, the hotel is not close to the airport — a taxi costs over 10 euros. Overall, the value is extremely poor. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

The room was sparkling clean, which was great! However, a heads-up for future guests: you'll need to bring your own toiletries, as beyond bath towels, no other amenities are provided in the room. The location is decent. We took a taxi from Terminal 1, and it cost 22 Euros, which felt quite expensive.

You can purchase a liter of water from the restaurant for 6 Euros. Do remember to bring your own toiletries, as Europe is quite committed to environmental protection these days. Really good plays to layover second time here, clean, perfect. Nice stuff. Nice conditions of the room. Not bad breakfast. The best thing its really close to airport, so you don't have to worry about being very late.
