1. Unprofessional Front Desk Service: During check-in, a female staff member with long grey-blonde hair was dismissive and forgetful. Immediately after taking my deposit, she seemed to forget I had just checked in. Even more shockingly, on my second day, she loudly and abruptly told me to leave, having completely forgotten I had booked three nights—a point I had confirmed multiple times at check-in. Even after realizing her mistake, she showed no sign of apology, which was truly astounding.
2. Poorly Marked Facilities: The signs for the men's and women's bathrooms are extremely unclear. This led to frequent instances of male guests mistakenly entering the women's bathroom, causing significant inconvenience, embarrassment, and a serious safety concern.
3. Inflexible and Unprofessional Check-in Policy: A special warning for travelers arriving on late-night flights: the hotel is likely to refuse you check-in. While a policy is understandable, the staff's attitude in handling such situations is both unprofessional and arrogant, showing no willingness to assist.
