Facilities: Good Cleanliness: Good Environment: Good Service: Good The bullfight in Madrid was spectacular. The Spanish ham was delicious! It was fantastic that all the hotels during my 10-day trip in Spain offered ham for breakfast!

Super convenient downtown location, plus there's a fantastic Hunan restaurant right next door! 😋 Everything is within walking distance, and the room was bigger than I expected!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! It's located right in the heart of the city, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling center. You can take the metro directly from the airport, and within a few minutes' walk from the hotel, you'll reach Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, and the Royal Palace of Madrid! Staying here completely eliminates the hassle of transferring metros. The hotel has a beautiful garden design with lots of greenery, making it very comfortable. And the breakfast is delicious too!

Stayed for one night on a business trip and overall had a good experience. The hotel's location is quite convenient, the room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and it was quiet at night, allowing for good rest. The front desk service was efficient, and the facilities were generally complete. There were no noticeable shortcomings, making it a suitable choice for business travel in the city. I would consider staying here again on my next visit.

The exterior looks pretty ordinary, but as soon as you step into the lobby, you're greeted by a grand, warm, and inviting atmosphere. The room itself is a mix-and-match style; it has an elegant purple main theme, but then the bathroom is beach-themed? And on the walls, there are Asian-style goldfish illustrations. Let's talk about breakfast – I absolutely loved it! There were all sorts of sausages and roasted vegetables. I'd eat until I was stuffed every day before heading out to explore. Oh, and before you leave, you can even buy some ham from the Dia supermarket next door to take back home! The location is fantastic, right next to the metro station and Gran Vía! This is super important for a shopaholic like me!
