-The hotel's location is excellent for those interested in visiting Madrid's most iconic sights. Everything is within walking distance, allowing you to plan routes that cover the most representative sites.
-Breakfast is not included, but we recommend it. It is varied, well-stocked, and the restaurant staff are always willing to help. Having breakfast allows you to make the most of your morning visiting places of interest.
-The hotel is not new and this is noticeable in the details, but all the amenities work without any problems.
-The terrace is a great place to end the night (it closes at 2 AM). It is intimate, quiet, and has good views.

The hotel has a great location as it is close to a supermarket as well as many bars and restaurants. I found the staff very nice and the reception check-in was quite efficient. The hotel during my stay was fairly good value when compared to other hotels in the area. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anytype of traveler. My only criticism of the hotel was the breakfast which I found somewhat bland.

The receptionists were ok. The room is not very clean, especially the carpet and the toilet. Good location it is close to a metro station and 10 mins walk to the royal palace. Most importantly, the sound insolation was very poor, you could here anyone talking in their room or opening the door.
