One of the most amazing stay in Europe despite it’s usual small room. The balcony is making it even more aesthetically pleasing, you could actually enjoy views especially in winter/xmas/NY period! Location 1000/10 Hospitality 1000/10 Amenities 100/10 Rooftop 100/10 (one of the best rooftop bar in Madrid) Highly recommend and would stay here again if visit Madrid again!

Exceptional Hostmanship at NH Collection Gran Vía From the moment we arrived, our stay at NH Collection Gran Vía became memorable. Check-in started a bit “stiff,” but that quickly changed thanks to Veronica from Guest Relations. She handled the situation with true professionalism and kindness – a perfect example of genuine hostmanship. On the evening of our arrival, Nouria (Guest Relations, at Veronica’s request) guided us personally to the Picalagartos Sky Bar. What an unforgettable evening – breathtaking views, great vibes, and impeccable service. The next morning, Veronica even remembered to ask us how our evening went – a small detail that makes a huge difference. The hotel’s location on Gran Vía is unbeatable: perfect for strolling through the city and discovering the beauty of Madrid step by step. We can only recommend this hotel – not just for its prime location, but for the people who truly care. Thank you Veronica and Nouria for making our stay so special.

You can expect that the room is a bit noisy as it is at the city centre, also can clearly hear that someone is cleaning up the room next to yours. Overall the room is clean and tidy and perfect location!

Really enjoyed my stay here, staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel terrace is beautiful.

Excellent location beside Gran Via metro, with all the shopping just infront. Hotel room is good size, modern. Breakfast service was very good with continental selection.

Location’s really good. Very near the Gran Via station, minutes away from Merkado de San Miguel and Plaza Mayor. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

We came to Madrid as the first stop for our honeymoon, and it was the right choice to book this hotel. All the staff were very warm and friendly. We were lucky to meet a Chinese lady when we checked in. It was also very convenient to store our luggage. When we went to get the room card, they said we had the best room (it was really good for taking photos, haha). It was noisy at night, but our sleep quality was good and it wouldn't be affected. Checking out was also very simple. Just give it to them and they will ask if you want to call a taxi. If I come to Madrid again in the future, I will definitely stay here

We booked a hotel in Madrid. Overall, it was pretty nice. It was renovated and should be new. It was very clean. But the location was not very good. It was a bit far from the Lichi Park. We had to take a taxi to go to nearby places.
