An exceptional hotel. Clean, comfortable beds, a spacious bathroom, and a very complete breakfast. It's on my wishlist to return. Plus, it's very close to everything, right next to Plaza Colón.

The hotel facilities and services are very satisfactory. The breakfast is rich, and free coffee and tea are provided. The luggage storage is also very safe. The hotel location is also suitable. I have collected it and recommended it to my friends

The room might be an old building. It is very big and has all kinds of toiletries except slippers (even razors). However, the facilities are a bit old and the breakfast is average.

The hotel room is spacious and clean. The location and environment are very good. You can find various food and convenience stores not far away. It is very convenient to take the bus and subway. The surrounding security is also very good.

The structure is currently being modernized. New rooms even if the room in our case did not have any street view. A little asphyxiated. Noises coming from adjacent rooms. I think that with my child we bothered the other guests a lot because we could hear practically everything from the adjacent rooms. Breakfast is not very varied and must be eaten by 10am. The location of the store is acceptable, but the overall level has not reached 4⃣️ stars. The room is small, the breakfast is average, and the facilities in the room are simple. I will not recommend friends to book again
