Most of the staff don't speak much English, which made communication a bit difficult.

Stayed again, and it was excellent!

Great hotel with superb location.

Staff are friendly and helpful. We had problems in charging our car. We asked for help and they came in a minute to help. Carpark is just in the basement and so we could unload luggages and took the lifts from basement up to our room floor directly. Very convenient. Room : spacious Breakfast : not worth, only few varieties. Cleanliness : looks clean in general. But I think the hotel should pay more attention to the 'little things'. One spoon in the room and a plate in the breakfast restaurant had dirt.

Second time in this wonderful hotel... again the location is perfect for sightseeing and shopping... we did almost everything on foot. This time with the upgrade we were given the access to the Regency Club, a perfect place to rest have breakfast lunch or just have a rest after a long day... The staff is very friendly and really paid attention to our needs. Will come back again !

sound proof is extremely poor and the clogging bathroom was causing a lot of issues, some hair coming out of the drainage parts. bad experiences especially under the name HYATT.

They did not call or contact me when there was a problem with my reservation and would not refund even a partial part of my payment. Poor customer service

This Hyatt was the weirdest hotel I've ever stayed in. It's located across the street from the InterContinental. My husband and I, with our two kids, one 8 years old and the other 5, booked two rooms. We asked the front desk for a connecting room, but they said the price was different and connecting rooms would cost extra, so we gave up – we're on a tight budget. The room was so small we could barely stand, which was somewhat expected. But when we opened the elevator door, there was a human face mask on the wall – absolutely terrifying! Opening the window revealed a courtyard with a long clothesline hung with various clay figurines, all different shapes and expressions – it was terrifying! The kids were too scared to sleep alone. The next day, they refused to stay, so we checked out and went to the InterContinental next door, which was also quite a rip-off. The restaurant staff were also strange; they were all men. One looked like a fat monk, very thin. Of course, judging someone's appearance is impolite, but it's strange that a five-star hotel doesn't discriminate between staff. In short, this hotel reeked of various oddities. The service was so-so; they had everything you'd expect. To be honest, the bed was comfortable, and my child was tired and jet-lagged, so he slept for 12 hours.
