We extend one more night. They gave another welcome drinks. Very friendly staff. However in the evening the other staff were bit rude. When we ask for the water they said you can drink water directly from the tap in madrid and there was another staff at the counter which says " there is a store outside and you can buy". That didnt sounds like good attitude, after paying 300 euros plus per night and for a 4 star the services and attitude of the staff could be better.

Location is great as it is in gran via (very center), supermarket 24 h in walking distance. Also with Mercado San Miguel very close and not to forget to mention San Gines Churros also only in walking distance. We love that they provide washing machine & dryer, fully kitchen equipment as we’re traveling as family and having all of this was really helpful. There was a welcome drink from the skybar so we can enjoy madrid sky at sunset time.

The room is quite big and has simple kitchen facilities so you can cook for yourself. The location is good and it is very convenient to go anywhere

Stayed here on May 1st. I finally have time to review it after returning home! It's a really nice hotel, right on Grand Avenue, close to the subway, convenient to go everywhere, and safe. The most important thing is that the handsome guy and girl at the front desk of the whole hotel are very, very nice, enthusiastic, and talkative. The two handsome guys helped us carry our suitcases as soon as they saw us. The 24-inch suitcases spanned half a month's worth of clothes. The little brother carried one in each hand, which was amazing. The little brother was also very thoughtful. After asking me how to pronounce my name on the first day, he called out "hahahaha" every time he saw me. In short, the experience was very good, 10 points!
