The environment is very good, especially the terrace, which can directly see the callao square and the buildings in the direction of the Royal Palace of Madrid. On the other hand, you can see the snow-capped mountains surrounding Madrid.
The only thing I'm not used to is that there seems to be no daily cleaning service. The garbage from the first day was not thrown away until the last day, which made people feel a little uncomfortable.

The location is super good. The subway is at the door. There is a 24-hour Carrefour within 200 meters away. A little walk across the street is the British Palace Department Store. We opted to include the breakfast with our stay. What a great decision - lots of variety, including made to order eggs and crêpes. Everything was delicious and fresh. The wait staff were very attentive and made us feel welcome.

Excellent location of the hotel to access visiting points. Restaurant at the top has a good view at the terrace and the quality of foods and the service were also excellent.
The only inconvenience was no lighting above dining table due to the malfunction of the system.

Very helpful and friendly staff coupled with excellent location made a very enjoyable stay. Rooftop bar was a highlight of the stay !!! Apartment was clean comfy and we had an inward facing suite so nice and quite at night

Perfect location and great room with amazing view. A lot of noise all day long due to the location. There is not a lobby. So, be ready to not be able to wait in the hotel for the check-in. It is weird that for the price you pay there is not a lobby and a better check in reception area. Were not able to provide early check in at all. The room could have been better cleaned.
