It was alright. I met different roommates, and everyone was very polite. There were some who talked on the phone and disturbed my rest, but they quieted down a lot after a gentle reminder. Overall, the atmosphere was good. The location is unbeatable, highly recommended!

An old, charming house near Puerta del Sol. Very satisfied, completely. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Great value for money, and the breakfast is lavish, the restaurant feels like stepping back into the Middle Ages.

The location is super convenient, close to everything, and great for shopping. The overall environment is pretty good. However, a major drawback is that there was no proper duvet, just a sheet-like covering to use as a blanket. Also, bath towels had to be purchased. On the upside, the communal kitchen area was quite nice.

Good service and decent rooms. It would be even better if there was a curtain by the bed. The air conditioning or fan was too noisy at night, and the cleanliness of the public restrooms needs improvement.

I booked a female-only dorm, but they gave me a mixed-gender room. I don't know if the staff were careless, but it was really inconvenient to change clothes, and there was no toilet in the room.

Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Environment: The location is great, very convenient and close to the city center. Cleanliness: It seemed like only the sheets were changed on the bed; I found some trash left by the previous guest, which was quite awkward. However, the staff did a good job keeping the common areas clean. Facilities: There were no curtains on the beds, which meant no privacy, but everything else was satisfactory. The lack of curtains is a pretty significant issue. While the price was very affordable, I wouldn't recommend this mixed-gender dorm for women; even as a man, I found it a bit uncomfortable.

This is a six-person dormitory room with bunk beds. The toilets and showers are shared and located outside the room. It's best to bring your own slippers, towels, and toothbrush. There's a large common area on the second floor with bowls, chopsticks, and a microwave. Breakfast is available for an extra charge. It's advisable to bring your own padlock for the individual lockers provided, and keep valuables with you at all times. The location is absolutely fantastic and super convenient. It's less than a ten-minute walk to Sol metro station, Puerta del Sol, Mercado de San Miguel, Plaza Mayor, and the Royal Palace.
