The facilities are all-sided. The location is good for us to travel to Barcelona around Atocha Station.

We had a fantastic stay at Uma Suites! The room was spacious and tidy. Alongside this the staff was extremely kind and helpful. The location was great - it felt safe and was close to a beautiful park (El retiro Park). The reason it isn’t rated a 10 is only due to a weird smell in the bathroom that came and went (might be because of the pipes).

The room was very well adapted for a family of 4, and clean at all times.The location of this hotel is very convenient, very close to the bus stations and train stations, it feels safe to walk during the day and at night. We definitely will book at Uma suites again.

Very convenient location to the train station, and clear access instructions were provided. The room was bigger than I expected.
The building is under construction, but there was no noise or disturbance while we were there.

There was a major contruction in the building. We got stuck in the elevator. Nobody answer the alarm. Towel had a hole on it.
The building door were not locked during out stay.

The localisation was perfect! Close to everything.
The room and the bathroom was Ok exactly as advertised and the staff very friendly.
But we struggled to fal asleep since the bed was extremely firm (like way to hard)

Uma Suite is fantastic, clean, big rooms, friendly staff, walking distances to most popular areas. You can walk to the Achota Train station 5 min away . Highly recommend it. The only down fault , it’s under construction so we kept our balcony doors closed during the day . We were mostly out of the room during the stay so it wasn’t too much of a bother .
