Barceló Torre de Madrid

The location is very central with many restaurants nearby. The service was excellent and very prompt; changing rooms wasn't a hassle at all. The common areas are spacious, and the rooms are quite large. Overall, the cleanliness was good, and for the price in Madrid, it felt like a great deal. Breakfast was exceptionally good, highly recommend it!

The price is reasonable, but the room layout is a bit awkward; you see the spa right as you open the door. The air conditioner also blows directly onto the pillow, which is a bit concerning. On the plus side, the location is excellent, with easy access to the subway and buses! There's also a gym and a swimming pool!

The hotel is great, and the room is really spacious and clean! When we arrived, the room wasn't quite ready, so the lovely lady at the front desk gave us bar vouchers and told us we could order anything. We got two glasses of champagne 🍾 – it was fantastic! If we needed anything, we just had to call, and they were always quick to respond. Plus, the hotel's location is excellent. There's a breakfast place right across the street, and the free 001 bus stop is right next door. We relied on the 001 bus a lot these past few days. You can just walk down the street for shopping, and when you're tired, you can head back to the hotel to relax.

The hotel was quite comfortable, but there's no direct airport shuttle. If you take the subway, you'll have to carry your luggage a short distance. The staff was okay; they kept asking if we wanted to add breakfast since we hadn't booked it, and they did deliver luggage to the room. The first time, they delivered the wrong bags, and when we told them it wasn't ours, they responded with 'but it has Chinese writing on it?' The turndown service included chocolates, and we got a free glass bottled water every day.

Excellent stay with great, attentive service. The location is fantastic too! It's very quiet, and only a 20-minute drive to the high-speed rail station.

Very modern, and the food was great too. It's an excellent stopover when you're transitioning through the airport.
