We had a fantastic stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Madrid–Prado! The front desk service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location surrounded by shops, cafés, and restaurants. Convenient taxi access right to the entrance. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Definitely a 4-star hotel with 5-star service. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location in the center of Madrid is excellent; most attractions are within walking distance. The room was clean, a bit small, but manageable for a trip. However, the bed was very hard, which affected my sleep quality. Breakfast was decent, nothing special. The service was quite good.

The hotel's bed was very comfortable, and the room size was decent, enough to fit my luggage. Upon check-in, the front desk gave me a room with a balcony, so I'm not sure if it was an upgrade. Overall, it's worth staying at, and the value for money is good.

A great location and a very good hotel with great service and a lovely breakfast. The rooms are a bit small but served purpose. If I was to book again o would try and upgrade to a view and a bigger room, otherwise a decent stay in a great city centre hotel.
