Ibis Budget Madrid Centro Las Ventas

I thought the room would be small but really it’s not that small and the location is really good near metro and bus stop, only takes like 20-30minutes to center of Madrid. Near the hotel have Carefour supermarket, easy if you want to buy anything to eat.

The tiolets inside rooms have no locks and not even a handle, they are held by springs in the locked position,

Good hotel, good staff, good location for travel, and good environment.

A Pleasant Stay with Warm Hospitality It’s always a pleasant stay at this hotel. Although it's a budget hotel, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially want to highlight the young lady who assisted me during check-in—she was so kind and welcoming. She provided me with all the necessary information about breakfast locations, nearby laundry services, and more. That was very helpful and much appreciated. The hotel's location is also very strategic. There are plenty of eateries nearby, and it’s close to both the bus and train stations. The room itself was simple but clean. Everyone at the hotel is polite and friendly, which made my stay even more enjoyable. If I could suggest a few areas for improvement, they would be: 1. Provide a kettle in the room – Hot water for drinking is important for me, and having a kettle would be very convenient. 2. Install proper blackout curtains – This would help guests sleep better by blocking out excess light. 3. Offer laundry services – Having an in-house laundry option would be useful, especially for longer stays. Other than these suggestions, everything else was perfect. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay and truly appreciate the warm hospitality shown by all the staff. Thank you!

The staff was nice and helpful, they checked me in 1 hour earlier. The place was quiet and clean but looked like a prison cell)) Good value for money although I didn’t like the smell of sewage in the room.
