房間還是不錯的，不過我定了1月23—25日2卧3400多，今天一看，同樣的房型衹有1180一間了。攜程是殺熟嗎？

The room was spacious for the 4 of us! we had two rooms and two bathrooms. We could hear the party happening on the other room and it was very loud, there was no receptionists for us to contact to ask for them to be quiet. The shower in one of the rooms didn’t have hot water.

Good location a few mins walk from the old town. Out of hours check-in and check-out worked well. Room very good and nice roof terrace to sunbathe. Two small observations: the sofa bed was uncomfortable to sit on (we did not use it as a bed). There was also not much information about leaving - e.g. were we expected to clean the apartment or take out the rubbish / recycling.

Property is conveniently located; however, it can be a little loud at night for some light sleepers.
Rooms are very comfortable, and have a nice size for a long stay or a small family with kids.
We were there for 5 days, and liked our room, maybe an extra mirror would have been a nice plus, as there is only one washroom.
Only negative during our stay, was a call on our last day, reminding us check-out is at 11am. It was only 11:10am. We were ready to leave the hotel, but it felt like we were being kicked out. Other than that, a wonderful stay in Madrid.

Stayed here on a girls holiday, great size of apartment for the 5 of us, staff were lovely and helpful. Very clean and decor was really nice! The location was great, not a far walk into the main shipping area. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants/bars a very short distance walk away

Very good facility, clean and pleasant, good amenities. Location is within walking distance of places we wanted to visit. The host, Salvador was very kind and nice, he helped us with everything we needed, and provided suggestions on what to visit, as we were visiting Madrid for the first time.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel that is great for apartment style accommodation / cleaning is done on weekly basis. The rooms are apartment style. The apartment was clean. It had some kitchen supplies like plates and bowls etc to use. A large fridge and spacious modern kitchen. There was laundry in the room but did not use it. The bathrooms were very modern and excellent size. The room also had a small balcony for beautiful views! There is a rooftop but it’s under construction so much there but that wasn’t an issue at all. The street is active and lively! Bakeries and restaurants just downstairs a few steps away! About a 10 minute walk to La Gran Via! I would recommend this hotel to families or large groups who need multiple beds.
