The room was clean and tidy location was also perfect if you was I stayed at Hotel Iives in Madrid and had a good experience. The room was clean and tidy, and the service was really good. I was a bit disappointed that the room didn’t have bathroom slippers, a toothbrush, or toothpaste, which I think are basic items. However, the location is perfect, and I would still stay there again.

In general the hotel was great , location in the outskirts of Madrid but close yo the airport , well maintained and offering a great breakfast. Just want to mention the lady running the breakfast buffet , she was amazing , super profesional and proactive , ready to help and please every need , sadly I can’t remember her name , but definitely , i remember her professionalism !

This place too far for us go to the downtown, and breakfast is normal.

It‘s not close to the city center, but the transportation is convenient.

Perfect hotel. Good service. Hotel offers slippers and toiletries.

Staying in the hotel coz it’s close to my business meeting. However, it’s takes sound 15 min by car or 45 min by public transportation to the city center. There are also limited food options around the hotel. I do enjoy the hotel breakfast and the staff had made efforts for me to enjoy my stay. I would still recommend the hotel. It’s price for value.

Great hotel, you can order to room whatever you want. If you want go to center you have to take stopover.
