Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone who comes to Madrid, even though they don’t offer breakfast however they are friendly enough to insert a breakfast goodie bag at my door step and the hotel offers free flow drink bars that have coffee and juice for 24/7. And what’s most surprising is they allow earlier checkin without any further charges

Location excellent. Room very good - clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and professional. The coffee corner an excellent facility- open 24 hours. Breakfast left on each door- a lovely touch.

Great location. Extremely helpful staff who takes effort to explain directions to places I want to visit. Nice coffee corner with well stocked up cookies , fruits and others. Room is clean.

Perfect location close to Plaza Mayor. A small room but perfect for solo traveling. If you want to spend more time outside it’s perfect. They also leave a bag with some snacks and water at your door which is so sweet. Friendly staff that speaks English too.
