Hotel is within walking distance from the Sol metro station. Nice simple breakfast. The receptionist is so cool, really love her. She understands different languages, but we didn’t manage to meet her after our check-in day.

Upon check-in, we discovered problems with the room facilities. A ceiling light had loose screws and was teetering on the verge of collapse. We asked the front desk to have it repaired, but they said they couldn't find anyone on Saturday. Feeling it was dangerous, we requested a room change, but they said the light shouldn't fall and there were no rooms available. We were shocked and extremely dissatisfied! 😡😱 Furthermore, the hygiene was poor. What we found most unsatisfactory was that one night we found a cockroach in the room! We were very surprised 😱 Unfortunately, the cockroach moved too fast to take a picture! 😢 We've never seen a cockroach in any hotel before! We will never stay at this hotel again! We also will not recommend it to any friends!
