Madrid Marriott Hotel Princesa Plaza

Good value for money, the room was spacious enough for two suitcases. I stayed for two nights; the breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Definitely worth trying. It's close to the art museum and very convenient for getting to the market. Suitable for leisure travelers.

The hotel is in a relatively quiet area, but right next door there's a shopping mall and a supermarket, and you can even access them directly through a back entrance. Transportation is also convenient. The room was a decent size; we booked for three people, and they set up a cot for me under the TV.

Hygiene: Overall, the hygiene was acceptable, but one time I called housekeeping to clean and they never came. Environment: Generally good. El Corte Inglés is downstairs, and there are many supermarkets. Within a 15-minute walk, there are plenty of dining options. Facilities: I stayed for a week, and one night there was no hot water supply for the entire night, which is really unacceptable. Service: Overall service was quite good. The concierge staff were all very enthusiastic and polite.

The room and bathroom are both very spacious. It's super convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the metro station. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit. The lobby is expansive, and the room was tidied up very well. It lives up to its reputation as a classic five-star hotel.

Madrid is also my go-to hotel whenever I travel abroad. I only stayed for one night and completely forgot to take photos of the room. Check-in was super smooth, and the front desk staff spoke English. The room had all the disposable amenities except for a toothbrush. The decor was simple yet functional, the bedding was comfy, and the breakfast was excellent – rich and nutritious. Plus, the location is really convenient!
