The hotel has an ideal location if you want easy access to the museums and the main park. The service was good and courteous, and the Wi‑Fi was reliable. The only thing I really missed in the room was a kettle - it would have made the stay more comfortable. Breakfast was the same every day, but I found it tasty and perfectly fine. I’m mentioning this for those who prefer more variety, so you can keep it in mind. For me, good Wi‑Fi is always more important than breakfast :)

It was alright. The hotel facilities are a bit old, and the soundproofing isn't great. It's about an 8 to 10-minute walk from Atocha station. The lady at the front desk who checked us in was very proactive and tried to communicate with us, even though she didn't know much English, she was very enthusiastic. There's also some road construction going on nearby.

We arrived at 4:00pm after checking time and we had to wait 30 minutes for our room to be ready and cleaned. As we got in the room found the toilet dirty, hair from anterior guests . The hotel is old and the room was unpleasant, we felt the room was dirty no ventilation and smelled bad . I don’t think I would recommend or book this hotel ever again.

It is a bit far away from Atocha railway station and the wall inside the room is very thin which you can hear clearly the noise next door. In the morning, the cleaner creates a tremendous noise (i mean around 9-10am) so you can not sleep late.

Great location, not far from Atocha train station. It's also just a stone's throw away from Retiro Park. The hotel breakfast is good, the rooms are spacious enough, and the facilities are decent. The front desk service was excellent.

The hotel is very well located, just a few minutes' walk from Atocha train station. There's no noise in the room, except sometimes you can hear water running through the drainage pipe. Otherwise, nothing to report, very clean ✅✅

This hotel felt quite out of the way, and transportation wasn't very convenient. There was also construction going on nearby. It was a rather roundabout journey from the train station.

The hotel pretty much lives up to its claims. The room was quite spacious, and the breakfast offered a good variety. It's also conveniently located near the train station and public transport stops.

The location was great, very convenient with the train station, supermarket, and a deli all nearby. The cleaning was also thorough... Everything else was standard, no particular complaints about the hotel. Breakfast was delicious.

Stayed here for one night during a layover in Madrid. The room was a bit dated, but the cleanliness was good. The soundproofing was poor; I could hear car noises from the street and people talking loudly in the hallway.

It is sbout 10 minutes from the Atocha train station. Sound proof inside the room is bad and you can hear what the people said next door. No water is available in the hotel lobby or bottle water in the room. I was refused to get in the restaurant to get drinking water. Four stars hotel is definitely over-rated.

The location is decent, very close to the train station, and not far from Retiro Park on foot! The hotel has an elevator, but there's no kettle in the room. However, you can get hot water from the east side of the lobby on the first floor (bring your own thermos). The mini-bar items are all chargeable; a bottle of water is 2.5 euros. The room itself is quite spacious.

The room is very spacious and the bathroom is huge. The facilities are comprehensive, and it's a 10-minute walk from Atocha train station, making it convenient for other attractions too. The hotel staff are very welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel; it offers excellent value for money.

It was okay. Comfortable but slightly too far from the city centre!
