The hotel is very conveniently located and comfortable, offering great value for money. It's right by the Madrid River, which makes for a pleasant environment. The hotel's decor is also lovely. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.

It is a good choice for business travelers. It takes a while to walk to the nearest metro station but still is quite walkable. The region is full of convenience stores, dinners and other small shops.

Location is okay, general hygiene, and average service.

Nice space, but the staff makes a lot of noise every morning when they go to clean the rooms.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Lots of neighbourhood restaurants and cafes. Lidl is opposite. Busstop to town just outside. There's a big park close by. No kettle in the room though. Only drawback for me

We stayed in Madrid for one night as a layover for our connecting flight to Porto. As we arrived quite early in Madrid, around 11 AM, and check-in wasn't until 3 PM, we decided to ask if we could leave our bags at the hotel. To our pleasant surprise, we were immediately assigned our rooms (two, in fact), which was a huge help for us to rest. This was excellent. The hotel is well-located, relatively close to the city center (Plaza Mayor). Bus number 23 stops right in front of the hotel, with a fare of €1.50 per person. An Uber or taxi ride typically costs between €7 and €10, depending on the time of day. The breakfast was excellent. Overall, an excellent experience.

The building gets older. And breakfast was simple and relatively low quality.

The room is comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious! Overall, it's fine, but my only real issue was the service. I reported that the air conditioning wasn't working properly – the room just wouldn't cool down at all. I brought it up, but they offered no solution, not even moving me to another room. In other words, if you have a problem, they won't fix it. And being in the scorching summer heat without AC is an absolute disaster.

What a fantastic hotel for our first night in Spain! It definitely set a high bar, as none of the subsequent hotels we stayed in were as good. When I checked out, I accidentally left some luggage behind, and the staff were incredibly helpful, holding onto it for me until I could return from another city a few days later to collect it. A huge thank you again for their assistance!
