Amazing location, lovely staff. we loved every second of it ♥️ definitely will go back again

The hotel room is relatively small, with a double bed plus a bunk bed, but it's enough for a family. The hotel's location is excellent; it's right outside the door in Madrid's most bustling area, a short walk to Puerta del Sol, and very close to the Royal Palace and various tourist attractions.

The location is very convenient, and the hotel staff are very friendly. Luggage storage is also very convenient. The lobby is spacious and comfortable for resting. The accommodation is pleasant, and all necessary toiletries are provided.

The location was exceptional, the room was super clean. It still smelled like the toilet. In fact, the entire 4-star floor smelled the same. I don't know about the others. The sheets on all 3 beds were damp. I called reception and they came up to check them. Even though the damp was clearly noticeable, they said no. They only changed the sheets on the large bed. It was also damp. As if it hadn't been dried properly. They kept saying no. They blamed the air conditioning, when the air conditioning actually dries. It doesn't wet. We had to change them ourselves (we had sheets in our suitcase). The elevator on the left seemed like it was going to fall down. As if there had been an earthquake. The breakfast was extremely expensive. €15 per adult and €7.50 per child. Being right on Gran Vía, with hundreds of breakfast options, it doesn't make sense that it's so expensive. The bathroom door didn't close completely. And the ceiling next to the shower was swollen and had a leak. In short: it's a hotel with the soul of a hostel. Although I repeat that the cleaning was excellent.

Located in the heart of Madrid, it's just 8 minutes from the Ham Museum, 15 minutes from the Royal Palace, 15 minutes from the Prado Museum, and 5 minutes from delicious Chinese restaurants.

The hotel is located on one of Madrid's main streets, but its windows don't overlook it, which is a plus because the street is bustling with activity 24/7. Check-in and check-out are quick. The hotel offers guests water, coffee, and a bun or cookie throughout the day, which is a very nice touch. The standard room is quite large and comfortable for two. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The breakfast deserves special praise. There's so much to offer! Everything is delicious and incredibly beautiful! How could they fit all this into such a small space! I'll definitely keep this in mind next time I'm in Madrid.

Perfect location, super friendly and helpful staff. But the facilities are very old.

The room wasn't well soundproofed, and you could hear a lot of people passing by in the hallway. It's well located, the room is small but comfortable, and the bathroom door is transparent, so you can hear everything.

Very good location

Место прекрасное и для шопинга и для осмотра города. Рядом есть где перекусить. Приветливый персонал. В номере все чисто, красиво и светло. Вид из окна… ну, из моего номера был как написано «во внутренний двор», но на самом деле это означает прямо в окна другого номера). Мне это не мешало, так как я приходила просто переночевать и окна не открывала;)
