Mixed experience. Hotel was interestingly designed with very helpful reception staff. They observed me showing up with crutches and offered a room with a walk-in shower. It ended up still being impossible to shower safely, so they brought a shower wheelchair which unfortunately couldn't fit into the (very narrow) shower area. The staff were very helpful and warm. However; the room lacked ample charging points, it was difficult to control the lights, it didn't have any tea or coffee.. It was very underwhelming considering the price and its five star rating.

Wonderful hotel! Service was excellent. Bedding was amazing. The unique designs of each floor was interesting and quirky. The only downside is that some of the designs can affect functionality for example the bathtub took a long time to fill up.

Great hotel , very modern easy to get to €18 fro train station , 3 min walk to metro. 10-15 mins into town. Or 5 in taxi. Only thing was lots Xmas parties private events so top floor bars where closed

The hotel is quite close to the metro, and offers much better value for money than hotels in central Madrid. The breakfast was also excellent. The curtains and windows in the room had a really high-tech feel, and the room itself was very spacious.

The hotel is very close to the metro system, which makes it convenient for getting around the city. The design is truly interesting – each floor has a different style, which makes the hotel unique and fun to explore. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Breakfast is decent with a good selection. However, due to the focus on design, some comfort and functionality are a bit sacrificed. We stayed on the 3rd floor, which is quite dark. The room itself felt small because of the large marble table and fixed bench that take up a lot of space and can’t be moved. The pillows are also quite unusual and could definitely be more comfortable. Overall, it’s a stylish and memorable place, especially for design lovers, but travelers looking for a more practical and cozy stay might find it less comfortable.
