Close to Barajas airport, you can even go by foot. Rooms have balcony. Quite expensive though but hotels in Madrid are very much overpriced. That will be killing tourism in this city….

Stayed one night in transit in Madrid, the room and bathroom were spacious. If you have an early flight the next day, this is the right room for you. Although there are other cheaper hotels near the airport, there are only two or three hotels that provide shuttle buses to the airport at 4:30 in the morning. The room facilities are not new, but they are OK. There is a kettle. We chose this place specifically because it is close to the airport. We booked a free shuttle bus to the airport, but we missed it because we were 2 minutes late. Then the hotel helped us call a taxi, which took 3 minutes to get to the airport and charged us 20 euros!
