Located near metro station to make travel around easy. Same as most of the Europe hotel, toothbrush, shaver kit, water and etc are not provided.

This is my first time leaving a negative review on this platform, but the front desk staff's attitude was absolutely appalling. I've never encountered such rude front desk service. The breakfast area was also ridiculously small, and the room itself was tiny. This hotel doesn't even deserve to be branded as a Holiday Inn Express. This is the worst, most disappointing, and most frustrating Indigo I've ever stayed at. A negative review here isn't enough; I've already filed a complaint with IHG corporate.

The hotel facilities are relatively new, very close to the subway station, and the minibar provides free drinks. The breakfast is relatively simple, and the soundproofing is not very good. It is really not worth 1500 a night. I will not choose to stay here when I come to Madrid again

The hotel is in a very convenient location. You can take subway Line 4 or Line 6 directly from the airport. There is also Line 3 at the door to Sun Palace Square. Opposite the hotel is a British Palace department store and a Zara. If you want to walk to the Sun Palace, it only takes 30 minutes and you can take a leisurely stroll. It is recommended to buy breakfast at the hotel. The dining area has a good environment and the meals provided basically satisfy our stomachs. In the case of not knowing much Spanish, the hotel's breakfast is the best choice!
