Great location and it was nice to have an apartment instead of just a hotel room. The building is old but the bathroom was newly renovated. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean but very old. It needs renovation specially bath and kitchen. Too many furniture for a small place. Location is good.

It is the perfect place to stay in Madrid. Like having an apartment of your own, and in walking distance of everything.

My four-night stay was extremely unpleasant. The worst part was the reception staff. They were very unfriendly. The young man was kind and tried his best to help. However, the two older men were curt and always refused requests or gave curt answers. The facilities were also very poor. There was a washing machine, but no detergent, so it was unusable, and there was no electric kettle. Not only that, but everything was so old that I didn't dare use it. The location was okay. The surroundings were quiet, and it was just a couple of stops by public transport to the city center. I bought simple ingredients or pre-cooked food at the nearby El Corte Inglés and made breakfast.

The hotel has a very good location, close to the Metro and other public transportation. There are very good restaurants around. The room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom has a good size considering the size of the bathrooms in Europe. Very recommendable.

Apartment was old...water faucet was very hard to open and close... outdated furniture. What we loved was the area and customer service overall.
