Hotel Principe Pio

Booked this for my family. The reviews were quite good, and considering it was peak season, there weren't many places of the same standard that were cheaper. Overall, it was pretty good, my family was very satisfied, and the location was excellent too.

The room was clean and the front desk service was excellent, highly recommended! The only downside was that for multiple-day stays, water bottles were only provided on the first day.

Even though this is a 3-star hotel, the service and breakfast are better than some 4-star hotels. The hotel's location is also very close to many attractions. I highly recommend staying here!

The hotel is very close to the Imperial Palace—just cross the street and go up the stairs, though I wasn't really interested in visiting it. It's just an ordinary hotel. Since I stayed for two nights, I asked the front desk for some water on the second day, but was told there would be a charge. They said that complimentary water is only provided on the first day of check-in, and no matter how many days you stay after that, no more water is provided—it's just hotel policy. The front desk staff on the first day was quite nice, but the guy at the front desk on the second day was dressed like a human being, but didn't act like one.

The hotel was filled with a pleasant aroma as soon as I entered. The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. Even though I don't speak Spanish, they patiently and kindly communicated with me using a translator. I truly had a great experience!
