近くの病院に用事があり、滞在しました。CallaoやPlaza de Espanaまで徒歩圏で移動に楽でした。Exeホテルは初めてではないので、安心して滞在できました。
また機会があれば、利用したいと思います。

Провели в этом отеле несколько ночей. Очень понравилось его расположение в центре у Gran Via и магазинами, кафе, достопримечательностями в пешей доступности. На ресепшн работает прекрасный вежливый персонал. В номере чисто, белье, полотенца, большая кровать и сам номер просторный. Не очень понравилось несколько моментов: очень шумный водонагреватель, который при включении горячей воды трещит на весь дом. Сантехника старая, некуда повесить лейку для душа, чтобы комфортно помыться. В номере нет ложек, вилок, посуды, хотя есть кухня - немного странно.
В остальном все ОК, просто стоимость проживания кажется завышенной для таких довольно стареньких и неидеальных условий.

Liked our stay at exe suites 33. This is very close to the major attractions of Madrid. Gran via is right across, Royal palace of Madrid is in a walkable distance. There are several good restaurants around the place. This room had a microwave, fridge and two burners. They did not provide any cookware or cutlery to even make coffee which we find it weird. No coffee maker either. The room is very small but very clean and nice with extra storage and a safe locker.

Staff was very nice and helpful and greeted us every time. Bed was too squeaky. Location was great in Chinatown area. Many Chinese restaurants, convenience stores, and Anime figure / manga shops. Lots of breakfast places and Spanish food in the area. Bus and metro nearby.
