There should be more amenities like coffee and tea, iron or steamer. Besides that it was nice Beds were very comfy and apartment was spacious and very clean

Great location, with great facilities. We would stay there again if we returned to Madrid. Handy for the stadium visit or game. The connectivity to the centre was really easy.

The room was not cleaned properly before we got in, there was hair and dirt everywhere. I asked for extra towels and pillows and I was told you only get the towels you have for your whole stay and will have to pay 11 euros for extra towels. Property does not have any washing facilities so could not wash the towels we had used. Some staff were also rude when I asked for things and even directions. I will NOT stay here again.

Excellent apartments with everything you need, but the WiFi is poor and keeps dropping out. You need to read the house rules carefully (especially the trash and cleanliness rules to get the 200 euro deposit). Check-in is at 3:00 PM; earlier check-ins are not allowed, but you can leave your luggage. El Cort Inglés is a 20-25-minute walk away, and a grocery store is 2-3 minutes away. The stadium is nearby, and the metro is nearby. The Prado is a 1-hour 20-minute walk away. A taxi is also convenient for getting to the airport.

The location is so-so and the room facilities are good, but the staff's friendliness is polar opposites.... When I checked in, I was a foreigner and didn't know how to park in front of the hotel for a fee, so I asked the female staff member to come with me for a moment, but the female staff member coldly said she didn't know, but the male staff member who replaced me came and made a sofa bed in the room for me, so it was polar opposites of friendliness.

The apartment is located in a beautiful, elegant building, very quiet. The furnishings and flooring are recent and modern. We were 2 adults and 2 children, and the space was more than adequate. The neighborhood is quiet. All kinds of amenities are available nearby. The metro station is 5 minutes away, and the city center is a 20-minute ride away. The reception staff were very courteous and professional.

I don't know if it's because I'm an Asian girl, but I was given a room near the elevator. Everything else was ok.

I highly recommend this apartment. The sofa bed is also big. It’s a bit wasteful for 2 people. The kitchenware is very complete. There is a Carrefour supermarket diagonally opposite. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the subway station. There is no Chinese service.

Super well located, Legazpi or Cuzco metro. The apartment is very spacious and clean. Unbeatable reception staff. We will return and recommend.
